This was my 3 yrs old daughter's first Barbie and she loves it. The dress is very pretty and my daughter loves to hear her sing. I have not had any problems with the tail feather but my daughter prefers it off while she plays with her anyway. Princess Rosella barbie has held up very well, she even fell in the tub and still sings.

My granddaughter loves this doll, it is very durable. The Island Barbie voice is a very clear and beautiful voice. Goes great with the Island Princess Rosella DVD, then the child can hold Barbie and watch the movie and sing a long, they love this.
